The counselors and Specialists are carefully selected based upon experience, background, knowledge and their desire to work with children. Many of our counselors return each summer assuring that Camp Summertime has dedicated staff working with your children. Prior to camp, all staff members participate in a comprehensive training program to understand camp procedures, guidelines and learn additional skills that are needed to lead the campers' energies towards growth and development. Staff are supervised and supported throughout the summer by camp directors and administrators.
